Pets give us presence without asking for anything back. A crystal collar is a small way of returning the gesture — and, practically, a lovely way to make a collar as individual as the animal wearing it.
What to look for
- Weight first. Beads should be light relative to your pet. Amethyst and fluorite are ideal: beautiful, durable, and gentle.
- Smooth stranding. Run your fingers along every bead. No sharp drilling edges, no loose thread.
- Right fit. You should fit two fingers comfortably between the collar and your pet’s neck.
Safety, always
Check the collar weekly for wear, remove it during rough play, and retire it when the cord thins. A crystal collar is an accessory, not a tether — your pet’s comfort comes before the look.
When those boxes are ticked, you get something lovely: the calmest member of the household, carrying a little intention of their own.
