How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days. Delivery is typically 7–14 business days to the US and 7–15 business days to Europe and the UK, with tracking sent to your email.
Are the stones real gemstones?
Each product page states the exact materials. Natural gemstones are noted as such; every stone varies slightly in color and pattern — that is the nature of the material, not a defect.
What size are the bracelets?
Most elastic bracelets fit comfortably at one size (17–21 cm depending on the piece). Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my crystal jewelry?
Keep pieces away from perfume and household chemicals, remove before swimming or showering, and store them softly separated. A gentle wipe with a dry cloth keeps them bright.
Are the pet collars safe for my cat or dog?
They are lightweight, hand-strung on durable cord, and designed for daily wear. Check the fit regularly and inspect for wear, as with any collar. Remove during rough play.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order arrives packed with care and ready for gifting. If it is a gift, mention it in the order note and we will leave prices out of the packing slip.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and all major credit and debit cards — all processed over secure connections.
Can I return a piece?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging. See the Refund Policy for the details.
Do crystals really work?
We think of crystals as companions for intention: a beautiful, physical reminder of what you are calling into your life. Many of our customers tell us the ritual matters as much as the stone.
